It's my 3-year Valversary and I'm doing great! working out 3 times a week and try to walk every day, and of course, running after this little one helps a lot. lol. Wishing all of you who have upcoming surgeries great success!

It's been a minute since I last posted...a year to be exact. Today marks the 2nd anniversary of my surgery. Feeling great (other than the normal aches and pains of getting old 😉 )! My wife & I joined a Fit Body Bootcamp with some friends last summer and "enjoy"... Read more.
