I haven't posted in a while. Just over 5 months since surgery. I am happy to say I am at 100% with zero residual effects. Strength in the gym is above prior to surgery and working towards getting to levels from a decade ago. Memories of the hospital stay are... Read more.

Really enjoyed talking to you Karen! Rebecca, it's about 45 min of cardio split between the treadmill, bike and rowing followed by 15 min stretch and cool down. Energy is no longer a problem.
