Hello everyone ! I hope you are well. Today is my 6 month anniversary after mitral valve repair complicated by myocardial infarction. I still have PAC & PVCs and feel sometimes lightheaded because of low BP (~100/70), but apart from that everything is ok. My medication is aspirin + ramipril... Read more.
I'd like to congratulate you, Laurent, on your hard work and progress. We've been in the trenches together ! Bravo.
Those palpitations can be so annoying! I am 8 months out from MV repair and still have them along with low BP. Things will get better!!
Happy 6- month Anniversary, Laurent! Wishing you continued good health! ❤️

You are awesome! Hope the PVCs and PACs go away soon!
Laurent so happy to hear!!! I wore an event monitor last week . It showed normal sinus with rare PACs and PVCs, waiting to hear what that means but I’m assuming I will continue the amiodarone for a while! Let us know that the doctor says about an abilation. So... Read more.

Hello everyone ! Today is my first monthvalversary and I wanted to thank you all again for your support and all informations given in those hard times. I am still recovering as good as possible. A little bit tired sometime, probably because I had to increase beta-blockers : my HR... Read more.
Congratulations on your 1-month Anniversary, Laurent! Glad to read that your recovery is going well and that you're enjoying cardiac rehab! The beta blockers can certainly contribute to fatigue, but you're still very early into recovery and that also means your body is working overtime to heal. Please keep us... Read more.
Hi Laurent. It's still early. You are doing great. You will feel better. It takes time. Hang in there.
Best wishes for a continued good recovery!!! Thank you so much for sharing your valve journey. It really helps to read how others are doing before my husband has to get his surgery soon. He is completely asymptomatic activ and working hard which makes it harder to go into OHS... Read more.
