Second time in the ER this weekend. 4th day of high fevers and tachycardia with no explanation. Possibly just a weird viral syndrome but they're worried about pericarditis since my pericardial effusion seems to have increased somewhat, along with elevated troponins and BNP. Just can't ever be simple, right?
