First orange theory class post surgery and itรขโฌโขs great. It also makes me feel closer to new normal. Two weeks post surgery: my recovery is great so far. I walked average 15k steps daily this week and 18k steps yesterday. I found a new walking place - a trail in our city park ( walking distance to my house). The trail has two ups and downs. The end... Read more.
