Happy Friday my fellow heart warrior brothers and sisters! Todayรขโฌโขs my one month รขโฌหsurgaversaryรขโฌโข. Walking / hiking 3-4 miles daily, started cardio rehab (which I strongly recommend) and despite daily aches and pains from who knows what (or possibly overdoing it at times) feeling very positive and grateful. Great work! I enjoy my rehab time immensely. You're making me want to step it up a bit. They just let me start jogging a little this week and my legs are pretty sore. Good to see you're doing well!
