Did your sugeon do anything to your valve, as in repair it? I just thought most bicuspids tend to get stenotic or reguritant or both. Or is it plenty functional and they just needed to take care of the aneurysm? Thanks for sharing your journey. I've been following my bicuspid... Read more.
Hi Allen, thanks for reaching out. Heading into my surgery the goal and hope was to just take care of the aneurysm and spare the valve (David procedure). Fortunately my valve was & is functioning well so they ‘only’ had to replace the aneurysm. Being so young, I’m sorry you’re... Read more.
