Question: is it still normal that we are occassionally feel the pain in our sternum and chest 2 years after OHS? I suffered a lot of back pain and left chest pain maybe because of cold weather..

I am 3 months post op mitral valve repair and have had constant headaches since my surgery! Not sure why!

I am 10 weeks post op and definitely have more headaches.
I don't remember many headaches.
I am 3 months post-op and for the first 2 months I had frequent migraine auras. Now,, no more.
I get headaches when I don't drink enough water. After both of my surgeries I tended to not drink as much in the hospital as I do at home so I got more prone to headaches. It's probably not what happens in your case as you are 9 months past... Read more.

Thank you dear warriors for your shared comments. I drink enough water. Maybe you’re right Greg, lack of sleep and when I am tired after doing something, mental stress works headache triggers.

We need to look great and think healthy everyday to avoid anxiety attack. My heart is okay now, my only worries are my chestbone and aching back. Once in a while I take biogesic for pain reliever. Walking too helps a lot to strengthen the over all... Read more.
