Myself and Don thank you all for the support and prayers. We are fighting through the tears and i know Don has so much will power that he will come through anything. He came through 2 OHS since 2011 so this will be the third time so its a charm.... Read more.
Lisa - Thank you so much for keeping us posted. Please be sure to let Don know we're thinking of him every day! It's been a long, challenging road for both of you, but you will find the strength and perseverance to get through it. Hang in there! ❤

Still in ICU waiting for some lab work to.come.back. it.had to be incubated from a culture i am told. Trying to see what blood infection it.could be so he can be put strong antibiotics (Vico. I think). Then they can figure out when they can do.the valve transplant and not... Read more.

Great to hear that Don is fighting hard for a better quality of life. Hope there is a quick resolution and positive outcome, you all deserve it. All the best.

Thanks for the update, Lisa, we’ve been worried about him. Hopefully they can isolate the infection and start the appropriate antibiotics so they can clear it up and get him healthy enough for the valve transplant. I’m praying for both of you.
