Hi, my name is Debbie. I was diagnosed a few years ago with moderate aortic valve stenosis, and now, I am at severe. I can't thank Adam enough for this website and for all of you for sharing your stories. I suffer from anxieties, daily, in anticipation of when that day will come that it will be my turn to have surgery. I have to remind myself that my mother was 84 when she had her valve replacement, and she did really well. I am hoping to be a candidate for the less invasive surgery. If any of you have had experience with any of Houston's Med Center surgeons, please contact me.
