Today is my 6 month mark. I can honestly say it’s like it never happened. I feel great, do whatever I want with no issues and I am stronger than ever, thanks to getting on an exercise plan and some weight training. My scar is my only reminder of what I had to do. I am so glad this is behind me and life can go on. Now if I just didn’t have to tackle our taxes all would be perfect 😂 Quick question. Does anybody use a rowing machine and do you love it? I hear it is the near perfect piece of exercise equipment. I did not have an opportunity to use one, but several people have told me they are good overall body exercise.

According to researchers, the heart has an electromagnetic field larger than the brain: a magnetometer can measure the energy field of the heart that radiates from 2.4 meters to 3 meters around the human body.
