Nice to hear you're able to jog a bit. Try not to over do it and just push it to the point rehab or doctor suggests especially early on.

Take it easy Andy, your body is still healing. It is hard to find a nice balance between testing yourself and pushing too hard. Just be careful. You are doing great. Things will improve with time.

So yeah, I did start back a little too early and I have listened to you all and you good advice to take it a bit slower. I was not recommended to Cardiac Rehab for a few reasons so the timelines on getting back to running were a bit blurry.... Read more.

It was a tough 36 hours but the staff here took really good care of me. Life gets exponentially better after the chest tube comes out. Every thing was a success and looks like I may be going home today! Thank you all for the kind support. Now time to... Read more.
