So my husband's surgery was rescheduled for 4/29. We where both pretty upset about that. However it's over and done with and now he is on the recovering side of this journey :) His doctor started the operation at 8:32 am and finished up at 1:37 pm. We had to... Read more.

3 days after surgery! However today is day 6. I'm very proud of my husband and so very thankful for his amazing surgeon.
You look awesome! Keep on smile in a few days those corners of your mouth will go easier. Hoping you will be going home soon and beginning part 2 of your recovery. Blessing to you and yours.

Anger is okay. You shouldn't have to go through this. It's all unfair. It's really hard to be a caretaker. Your experience of all this will be different than your husband's. Expressing it all is a way to get through it.
