Yay Sarah! Sounds like you are doing really well!! Ditto on the issues you’ve had- I had those too but I’m happy to tell you they all do start to resolve! At 3 1/2 weeks all of it is much better! Hang in there and don t push too hard!!

Take it easy. Your body needs time to heal. You have been through a lot. As far as losing one's appetite, I was astounded when they presented me with a full meal after surgery! Who wants to eat? I just wanted a tiny bowl of soup. Your appetite will come... Read more.
Such great news! So glad you are home and on the mend. My taste buds started to return after a month. I found things I didn't normally eat tasted better.
Be patient with yourself as the healing process is unique to each of us but our bodies have an amazing ability to get us back to where we need to be. Moderate pain, discomfort and weird sensations is perfectly normal in the first few months. Glad you're on your way... Read more.
