great post. I really love our extended,virtual group therapy. you just hit it...I'm STILL waiting for that NORMAL,YAY!!!! 8 months on dec28,I'm there but not there. right.....need REST,and BREAKS. and PATIENCE. congrats on NORMAL! YAY!.......❤🦄

Today my cardiologist called with the results of my echo from last week. Due to my high heart rate of 85 resting and 90-105 while up and moving, he thought it best to take a look at things and also confirm that there is no fluid around my heart causing... Read more.
This is great news. Sounds like you’re recovering well.
Great news Kate! "heart looks great, no extra beats, no leak" that sounds like a reason to do some celebrating (in a heart healthy manner of course :) )
Wonderful news. Isn't it great to hear such good news when you are used to the opposite? Keep plugging on. Soon, you'll feel better than you ever have!
