They are healing up good. Which incision did your Surgeon go into to repair your Mitral Valve. I've had mine repaired but full sternum.

Awesome David - they healed well. I had a mini thoracotomy mitral repair & I have a 4 1/2" across the top of my breast plus all the other lil ones (not to forget the 4" scare in my groin). Not complaining - just jealous - lol .... I'm am... Read more.

Six days after Minimal invasive Robot Mitral Valve repair - Going home! Standing by my "new buddy" the Davinci Robot :) Thank you Dr. J. Michael Smith and the whole team at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati Ohio!

My operation @ Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati. Robot assisted, minimum invasive. I'm feeling great, they say I may be discharged by Thursday. Thank you Jesus, and excellent team @ Good Sam. Robot info. http://www.davincisurgery.com/da-vinci-cardiac
