I am know there have been people here on their second (or third) go-around. Hopefully those folks will chime in with their stories..I myself am at that 8 year mark, and it is a little spooky when I get my routine echocardiogramsâ€¦

It's my one year anniversary!!!! Living life to the fullest and loving it! Can't believe what a difference having an AVR has made in my life.

Ok, admitted to LGH with severe pain upper right quadrant and down right arm: Diagnosis: Gallstones. Good news is they completely checked out the heart again and all is well and operating normally. Surgery in the near future to remove gallbladder. I'm ready to be healthy again!!!!

I think you have already fulfilled your surgery quota for a while! Seriously, hope it all goes smoothly, and that it is the last surgery you will ever need...
