Hello! Made it to the other side. It's been rough as everyone knows. My INR is not going up so I'm still in the hospital hopefully I'll get out tomorrow or thursday. With two mechanical valves the doctor wants 2.5 to 3.5 inr. God bless us with a wonderful surgeon!

Getting that first INR up is hard, and then it works. But continues to go up and down - that's what it does. Stabilising is stressful at first and then you get used to it. I also have 2 mechanical valves (10yrs!) and a target of 2.5 - 3.5
