My Golden Retriever Maisy was my Godsend!!! Glad you are doing well. Cardiac Rehab was the best thing for me mentally and physically after surgery. It really gave me a lot more confidence that I was OK. Keep us posted❤️

My warrior scar 7 weeks post surgery! This mark represents one of the proudest moments I have of myself It has and will make me a stronger person!!!!!

Badge of courage and life. (and the by the way, the incision heals incredibly quickly and fades that same way.)

A good friend got me an amazing gift and I’m wearing this with pride!!!
So true Steven. Great gift from your friend, thank you for sharing it with us .
Ain’t that the truth! I was so strong going in, riding my bike 200-250 miles a week! A week later I could barely walk out! 4 months later, back on the bike 130 miles a week and working my way back!!!
