hi....i joined here in 2020 after SAVR. after upgrading phones a few times, the membership disappeared. so...I'm back. i got the cow valve in may of 2020. im now 80, and basically and blessedly healthy. except for ongoing health/ cardiac anxiety, abd PTSD. im good. ride my bicycle all over,...
