Thanks guys! Hey here’s a question… my sternal incisions don’t hurt, but past few days they feel more like an annoying pull/aggravation. Assuming normal?
Nancy yep. Because it is easier to slouch. Stand straight with good posture and it will get better.

Hi Nancy and Jill. Yes, the anxiousness with waiting can be unbearable but soon you'll both be on the recovery side felling better every day.

Nancy and Jill - you are almost there! When you feel the anxiety creeping in, try to “reframe it” as being excited to get this over with. It may sound a little strange, but it is a helpful way to manage anxiety and to get through the waiting period.
