Nancy yep. Because it is easier to slouch. Stand straight with good posture and it will get better.

Nancy and Jill - you are almost there! When you feel the anxiety creeping in, try to â€œreframe itâ€ as being excited to get this over with. It may sound a little strange, but it is a helpful way to manage anxiety and to get through the waiting period.
