Today, May 15, is the one year anniversary of my aortic valve replacement and aorta repair. I am and have been 100% back to normal with no restrictions whatsoever. I am forever thankful to my excellent cardiologist, my world class surgeon and his surgical team, and for the world class... Read more.

Surgery was not minimally invasive. I had a world class surgeon in Dr. William Morris Brown and world class care at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. To all looking at going through aortic valve replacement and similar open heart surgeries know that there are many reasons to be positive and hopeful.... Read more.
