On the mend! Hi everyone, We had our final visit at Duke yesterday. They said she looks really good! She had all staples and stitches removed and is released to her local doctors which is great! We shouldn't have to return to Duke unless something happens with her incision. She... Read more.

Marlise - I tracked my information on an Excel spreadsheet. Not very high tech, but it worked for me. Good luck with your search.

I used paper charts and myfitnesspal to track food and fluid intake (no output option but I think you can add notes) Great for helping you keep your menu and vitamin K info. straight, so you can tell the nurses exactly what you eat or better yet just show them.... Read more.
