Mabel, thank you for the post. This gives me hope that everything will get better. I’m 5 weeks post-op and although I know it’s still somewhat fresh I want to feel better and be more independent. It’s drives me crazy not being able to jump in my car and go grab a beer with some friends or go for a nice drive along the beach. I know I will get there but there are days where it’s hard to see that vision. I keep my head up and keep moving in hopes that soon I will be back to almost normal if not better than normal. Please keep posting so we can see the light! :) Thank you and I wish you continued success in your journey.

Hey Mabel. That is very awesome! I lost my Dad in 1998 when he was only 47 to heart issues. I know how that pain is and growing up without a father. I was only 18. I think my Dad played a hand in me finding out I had an issue with my heart. When I would drive to appointments after my first echo I would see his name everywhere which is not common. On the license plate frames, buildings around the hospital, and just everywhere. I have not had that feeling of him being around for years. Glad you are able to get back to golf that is what I am going to miss doing this summer.
