I went to the blood doc yesterday in hope of getting some advice about warfarin and my possible bad affects from it. He was an older guy. He told me he usually does not prescribe warfarin. I told him maybe not in the last 15 years...but you have been a... Read more.
Leslie, I am so sorry to see you are having so many troubles with this issue. It is very frustrating to get different opinions from every Dr and not really get a direct answer or well thought out options to move forward. Please let us know how it goes and... Read more.
Interesting that he does not prescribe warfarin. In the US (and I believe also in Canada, where I was treated in an emergency a couple of year ago), there are conditions for which warfarin is the only approved drug. If acenocoumarol is available to you, maybe it’s worth a try?... Read more.

Hope they can find something that works for you, Leslie! I tend to react to topical things, not necessarily the active ingredient but the binders and preservatives. It’s annoying to get a worse rash from something that is supposed to help calm the rash. Reacting to your warfarin is infinitely... Read more.
