That's good.
I'm six months post op and sometimes my incision scar itches like crazy.
Glad you're doing well and making progress in your recovery.

Your scar looks nice and clean! I have serous reactions to adhesive they used on my chest, and my skin is still red and itchy.

For HWs out there: are we supposed to avoid NSAIDs (like Advil)? I made a mental note about always needing... Read more.
Rob, those were the instructions I was given when I was on Xarelto (blood thinner) and now that I am permanently on low dose aspirin to take only Tylenol.
Awesome to hear Kevin. It’s true that everyday seems to get better. You are doing a great job keep it up.

2 1/2 weeks post op and I walked a half of mile today on this beautiful 78 degree Florida Easter Day. Life is good!!! Happy Easter and Happy Passover everyone.

Looking good, Kevin!!!! At 9 weeks tomorrow post op, trying to walk my 10,000 steps a day. Wish it would get warm and stay warm but at least on cardiac rehab days, I can get those steps in on the treadmill!!! You'll love cardiac rehab!
