To mark my 6 months we travelled to Vietnam and walked a hill in Ninh Binh - just outside of Hanoi . So amazed everyday that my heart ❤️ performs like it did when I was 21 ! Besides the heat , I climbed with ease ! There Is Hope at the end of the Surgical Journey and I hope those of you who are getting ready for surgery , you can take comfort in knowing there is a better future ahead !!!!! Thanks to On-x USA 🇺🇸 for the leading technology that keeps me alive and to my surgical team in Australia 🇦🇺 !

It’s hard to believe it will be 6 months since surgery next week . My INR has stabilised and my valve is incredibly silent . < Onx Valve > I am so glad I went with the Mechanical Valve and thank Adam and this website for the wealth of information and Webinars that helped me with that decision. For those on the journey it does get easier with time .
