Great job Darrin! You seem in great shape and you always have a great attitude. I so appreciate your always encouraging our heart’s warriors. Congratulations and God bless you
Darrin - Congrats on finishing cardiac rehab! You've accomplished a lot!!! No one was running at 4.5 miles per hour at the end of my rehab class! You're doing great!! Wishing you continued success with your recovery.

Congrats- I’m hoping to be able to run ( slowly) a 5 K after 12 weeks

Congrats, so glad you are doing so well!!!

Darrin - Wow!!!! You're doing fantastic for someone who is 8 weeks into recovery. No one in my cardiac rehab class was jogging any amount of time that soon after surgery. If you're handling that kind of exertion without a problem, you've already made tremendous progress! Keep up the great... Read more.
