It's been over nine weeks since Cliff's surgery and I want to share his current status to hopefully provide some encouragement to recent and soon-to-be heart warriors. Five weeks ago, we had an appointment with his cardiologist and at that time, Cliff was told he had some fluid around his... Read more.

I am glad to hear things are going smoothly for Cliff now!
Glad Cliff is doing well and headed to cardiac rehab. He'll be ready to go back to work and will feel stronger with each passing day. Thanks for sharing his story. ❀️
Glad Cliff has turned the corner to what sounds like a great recovery. Hiccups are to be expected and you guys got through them. Continued good health...

Hi Everyone, it's Frances again. Wanted to share the great news that Cliff's surgery went very well. He has been in the ICU for a few hours now and has had his breathing tube removed an hour ago. He's been talking and saying that overall, he's pain free. He does... Read more.
Great news Frances❀️ I like hearing how he described to you how he feels right now too, to get an idea of what to expect.
Hi Grace, the Cardiologist PA just stopped by and said both the tightness in the sternum and the heart pounding are quite normal. His heartrate and blood pressure are also normal.
Best feeling ever!! Thanks for the update. Another heart warrior's life is extended and on-his-way to a full recovery.❀️
So happy to hear surgery went well. Hope recovery is equally smooth.
Great news, congratulations ðŸℒÒ€ï¸
Great news. Being pain-free is common. But one can have much exhaustion and discomfort. The pounding and tightness are very common and one's sternum will feel different for awhile. All normal. He's been through a lot. So have you!

Thank you all for your prayers! Prayers are definitely the most calming force for me. πŸ™ The good news for today is that his arteries are clear, so no bypass surgery needed tomorrow.
Great angio results - Woo-hoo! Sending positive thoughts and prayers to you! Enjoy the quick nap, Cliff! It'll feel like only a moment has passed and it will be time to join the recovery club! Go get 'em! ❀️
