Bicuspid aortic valve with stenosis and aortic root aneurysm repair. I have a prosthetic heart valve and dacron to repair aneurysm. I asked my surgeon to take a picture which he kindly did and I posted it. Wow! Amazing picture if I do say so myself! I received the best care and Dr. BODENHAMER was amazing! Even though we were at the height of a world wide pandemic he was awesome! He visited me everyday and he took a picture with me, he had his mask on, but he was gracious to pose for one. I do have to that not seeing family was a bit hard, but my wonderful outstanding husband was there by my side every minute of the way! I made sure to walk as many times daily as possible. The ICU nurses and the other nurses and staff were unbelievably awesome and although the times were stringent, each one showed amazing compassion and care. OKLAHOMA HEART HOSPITAL is the BEST! A couple weeks or so later I traveled back to OKC (I live about 1.5 hours away)for a follow up visit and gave the nurses and doctor homemade brownies. I just don't have enough words to express my gratitude for the wonderful care they gave me!
