My ventricles are still in arrythmia and have complete heart block. They can hold a beat by their own but itâ€™s unstable so I am now nil by mouth and hopefully an urgent case for a pacemaker to be fitted tomorrow with discharge on Friday so 7 days post op.... Read more.

Sorry about the pacemaker. I know what that's about having gotten my (unexpected) pacemaker about 2 weeks after double valve replacement (7 years ago). I was upset about having surgery again, but glad I was still in hospital as they had waited to see if my heart could get its... Read more.
