Great post Sandy! Thanks for sharing! What's your favorite type of chocolate? ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm a Rocky Road fan myself.
Great update! You look wonderful! I totally agree that we are in the driverรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs seat and have to make the changes necessary to have a healthier life. Eat a piece of chocolate for me.รฐลธหœโ€ฐ My son gets something from the health food store to make chocolate chip cookies so I... Read more.

Great post Sandy. You are looking good and congratulations on your success. And I'm with you on the chocolate. I have a recipe called too much chocolate cake. It's the bomb! ๐Ÿ‘
Good to hear from you Sandy! So glad you are stronger and doing well. It takes a year or more to fully recover. So, look out for more progress. My resting heart rate is still getting better (lower) at. 15 months out. Godspeedรขยยครฏยธย
Thank you all. As a chocolate lover I love almost all milk chocolates even though dark is suppose to be good for you. Today was my one month visit with my surgeon. Also, I got another CT scan at the Heart Hospital this morning. Everything checked out as the surgeon expected. Thank God! No fluid in lungs, no swelling, the wound was healing well, first time I saw the work the surgeon did.... Read more.

Congratulations Sandy! You've made such a good recovery. I'm a week behind you with 4wk check up on the 7th. I found first 2wks post op rough (primarily related to all of the meds-hypotensive all the time). All much improved since eliminating most of them
Hi Mary - Hang in there. I stopped taking the meds too - tolerated the pain for most part and still do. Hoping for a clean bill of health for you too. Drove for the first time today but it was not pleasant.
Great!!! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š
