Hi Vicki, Yes definitely get a bra, front opening, no underwires, and maybe a size larger than you usually wear. I bought mine at J.C. Penney, Bali brand, Playtex also has a good one. I had my Aortic valve replaced January 20 2017, doing great! Wishing you all the best,... Read more.
