Started using a 1x daily medication on my incision of Mederma. Incision must be all healed, no open areas! I'll post in approximately a month how it goes!!! Wendy R.N.

Second Session of Cardiac Rehab today, went very well !!!!! CHAMPS Program through University Of Iowa!!! I am way out-numbered by the men in the session. 6 weeks post -op. Healing well, yet slowly. This was a mini-sternal incision. Wendy
