About Me

Diagnosed with AS in 2004. Later tests revealed a bicuspid valve and dilated ascending aorta. Yearly follow ups showed slow progression of the disease. Borderline moderate to severe stenosis evident by 2014. Suffered incidents of chest discomfort and a mild heart attack/stroke combination in December 2014. Testing showed no CAD. Surgery February 16 and 20, 2015. Aortic valve replacement, root, aneurysm, hemiarch and two CABG grafts.
