Congratulations on your 3 year mitro surgery and retirement. How did your valve surgery go and the recovery time? I have a moderate to severe mitro leak. Not having any noticeable symptoms. I also am going for a second opinion.

Hi Kim, definitely get a second opinion. My MVP was severe when I had my surgery. My recovery time was 12 weeks (it was the max leave time the docs could write me up for so I took the time). My repair surgery went really well, no complications. I had... Read more.
