So with my BAV and my Aortic Aneurysm at 4.89cm I am heading to UVA for a visit with Dr. Leora Yarboro in March. If any of you have seen here please tell me about her. Thanks

Well my BAV went from mild to moderate severe regurgitation. This moved me from annual visit to every 6 months. But my aneurysm is holding at 4.6 so I may end up having two surgeries one to fix each issue.

3 months ago I just had aortic valve replacement and aortic aneurysm repair (aortoplasty) at the same time. I had my surgery at Cleveland Clinic

Sean that was the original plan but the aneurysm has been behaving and staying at 4.5cm they will not do anything until it is 5cm.

My aneurysm was at 4.3cm. I was told to reduce my exercise to only walking and jogging. I was also told to not lift over 30lbs. I had moderate severe aortic stenosis. There's also height ratio index that the AHA guidelines say to consider in the presence of a bicuspid... Read more.
