Yes, I understand. One of the docs that I work with warned me that I would feel like I had been run over by a truck . That was pretty accurate. However, the human body has a remarkable ability to heal, and heal you will. Just got to be patient... Read more.
Awesome to hear you are doing great. It is crazy how tiring recovery can be, isn’t it. Keep on listening to your body.
