Need suggestions on the best way to remove the sticky marks on my chest from the EKG stickers? I tried rubbing alcohol but it wasn’t helping much.. TIA!

Mary - If you don't have any break in your skin, usually nail polish remover with acetone will remove just about anything- and we, girls, usually have it on hand. 😊

Baby oil (mineral oil). After weeks of trying various methods to remove the residue after each cardiac rehab session, I asked my therapists. Baby oil is easy, safe, cheap. Everyone should be told on day one.
