Making the decision has so much power. Now you can focus on the other minutia that goes with surgery (even TAVR) and recovery and planning the rest of your life. I hope you get to have that musical get together in the not-too-distant future.
My friend I mentioned can make a pedal steel speak, cry and sing. I told him once that I know we are just a pair of brothers, but after that get together I had shared the stage with a legend. Sometimes I can find my "happy place" by sitting down... Read more.
Good for you Mark, yes when we make the valve decision we have to consider health conditions etc. and you and your doctor know yours best. All the best in your re opp preparation and your up coming procedure.
Ok then Mark, you have the hard part behind you believe it or not. Start thinking about recovery.
After your surgery, you will wonder why you worried so much. Live life, have some trust and faith in your doctors and yourself. I had TAVR a few weeks ago. Prior to that I had OHS 20 years ago, and by comparison the TAVR was an straight forward procedure to... Read more.
