Four years ago August 20, 2018 I had mitro valve repair at Northwestern Memorial Hospital by Dr. Patrick McCarthy. I am doing very well and feel amazing. The first year post surgery was difficult and it was a 6 month recovery at the very least.

August 20 was my 1 year mark since open heart surgery for mitral valve repair. Dr McCarthy at Northwestern Medicine was my surgeon. I had a rough 11 days in the hospital, but have recovered well. Praising God for his healing touch.
