I will be 6 years MVR on March 3 ... I had a follow up today ... all is good!! I walk about 4 miles a day ... on a good day ... quit the gym since covid.

I have not posted in a bit ... my 5 years mVR was March 3 at the Cleveland Clinic in Western Florida (dr. Edward savage)... I'm am 57 5' 2" and 120 ish. and still crazy fun... my sadly rotator
cuff is keeping me from doing any weights for 2... Read more.

I don't think so. We should always use precautions of hand washing, etc.....
