Just wondering if anyone has been bothered with "benign arrythmias"?? I had a successful mitral and tricuspid repair in August 2016 by Dr David Adams in Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. Have been doing great until last month when I started with persistent flutters and palpitations on and off.... Read more.

Hi Diane.. I have them too, my surgery was April of 17. they told me the same thing, its benign.. mainly I feel them if I'm under stress and I try to not get too stressed out, but that's not always possible.

Hi Diane, i am 6 weeks post-op from Aortic valve replacement I have them also quite alot and also no pain, Dr tell me they are benign, but they feel very bothersome to me, i think the only solution they can propose is to ablation

I am 4 months post mitral and tricuspid valve repair. Everything went well and up until last week I felt great. However, last week I started with chest pain and shortness of breath Chest pain only lasted two days but I continue with shortness of breath with and without activity.... Read more.

Heading to New York tomorrow for surgery on Tuesday, August 2nd. Can't believe surgery is finally here.
