Having had two operations the risk seems to be that the previous operations may require you to have a different valve than last time due to the size and placement of your previous valve. Not as familiar with the Tricuspid since my valve that was diseased was my Aortic. That said depending on your condition and or your hearts geometry the previous surgery may or may not allow for transarterial replacement. I wish you a speedy recovery and know that the wait will all be worth it.
