Just want to say thank you to Adam and to everyone that commented on my posts. I'm 3 weeks out from a Ross procedure performed by Dr. El-Hamamsy at Mt Sinai in Manhattan. Couldn't have gone better. I've been in almost no pain the entire time other than when I... Read more.

Does anyone have experience with Dr. El-Hamamsy at Mt Sinia in New York? I have my Ross procedure scheduled for next Wednesday and just looking for extra information. Hopefully warm fuzzies, LOL, but even negative info would be appreciated. I'd also be interested in Ross recovery experiences. Thanks!

He's amazing! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks!

Does anyone know of a good continuous blood pressure monitoring device that works during exercise? I want to make sure I don't go over a certain threshold so as not to exacerbate my condition. Is this something that will be prescribed once I have my valve surgery?
Hey Alex, i got the wrist one from amazon. It works great for during workouts.
