I am 48 and have BAVD with aneurysm. Just moved to severe this year. I made a huge health change a year ago and it made a big difference in my echo results and then this year it went the opposite direction and the numbers were worse than any or the last 7. Still working to figure out why. Not sure if it's a coincidence or something I changed. Either way I'm much happier with my new lifestyle. I was a little overwhelmed until I landed on this site. I've been googling for weeks and asking so many questions. Can't wait to find out more about the resources here. I already learned about several procedures I hadn't heard of anywhere else.
