On June of 2015 I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse with significant regurgitation during a routine physical. After discussing my asymptomatic condition with my Cardiac surgeon, I underwent OHS minimally invasive approach on 9/11/2015. My surgery was a success and I was able to return to work 3 weeks post op.. It's almost 5 months since my surgery and I'm looking forward to live a normal long life to share my story and to be an inspiration for many of our heart brothers and sisters ❤️.
