Hi all, II have been monitored for the last 10 years for my Bicuspid valve and apparently now it is time to get it replaced. I am a little worried as I didn't think it would come this soon, even though I have known about it for the last 10 years. I have an angiogram scheduled for March 22nd and meeting with the Surgeon on March 21st.........I know, a little backwards, but this was what was booked for me. I am in Ontario, Canada and I am meeting a surgeon (Dr Kevin Teoh) from Southlake Regional Health Center for a consultation , He is supposed to be one of the best in his field. Has anyone has experience with aortic valve replacement at Southlake Regional Health Center? Any specific questions I should be asking? I did read Adam's book and it has been very helpful........Thx Adam for this.
