Hi Charlene, thx for your thoughts. I just had my aortic valve replaced on April 11th. The only meds I am currently on are Metoprolol (25 mg) and 1 x 81 mg Aspirin daily. My chest is still tender and not sure of how it will feel months out. All... Read more.

Hi Henry, happy to hear you are doing well. I too had an aorta valve replacement at Southlake last October. Dr. Carol Teng was my surgeon and she was great. So impressed with Southlake, and all the wonderful staff and volunteers. Live in Innisfil, the other side of the lake.
