Finally finished cardia rehab. Only took seven months due to constant set backs. Still having a lot of chest discomfort (still canâ€™t roll over without waking up from pain) and periodic bouts of sharp pain when I breathe. Now Iâ€™m told it could be nerve damage. Just keep picking myself... Read more.

Congrats, Sara! You really did go through a lot. The rehab is such a confidence booster in your ability to push yourself. I think the nerves may regenerate, right? I assume you tried using a heating pad to help with the pain, but just in case throwing it out there.... Read more.

My bicuspid aortic valve. Dr. stelzer just sent pictures from my surgery. So wild to see his work and my actual heart.

Wow, you ladies are way tougher than me. I might just be wimpy. They laugh when they extract my blood and i look away and get sweaty. Iâ€™m getting antsy just thinking about it. Once the elastic band on my arm gets tight, iâ€™m done.
